Fall Opportunities

This month I was invited to be a part of a well-attended Fall Fest at Coventry Reserve and share about Ageno. We had a stand at which Yvonne and I sold donated Kenyan tea. Friends and guests supported us by buying the tea and “tickets” for various quantities of building materials such as cement, sand, corrugated iron sheets, and concrete blocks.

This was just one of the ways we are spreading the word about our fundraising efforts for building materials for our proposed Ageno Special Learning Center.

Another way is coming in just a few weeks. On Saturday, Nov 16, 2019 we will be joined by Kenyan Women Living in the USA (KWITU), for a family breakfast at Sam Johnson Recreation Center at 401 West 16th St. in Plano.
