Building New Resolution This School Year
Most people make their resolutions in January, mine came at the beginning of the school year in mid-August. When every teacher was buying and adding stuff to their classrooms, I was busy removing items that were just baggage and not necessary for of any function in my classroom.
I was determined to give my students an environment that is flexible. A classroom that would match their learning styles. I was right, my students love their classroom. School has become a place they like to hangout and they think time flies so fast! Before they know it its 3pm, time to leave.
Unfortunately, Ageno children do not have a place to “hang out”. They either hang out under a tree or in a room without any type of education. I am resolved to change that! That is where you come in. In June 2020, we will be breaking ground for Ageno’s main building that has 3 classrooms, a therapy room, cafeteria, show room, kitchen and 2 wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
In preparation, Ageno is hosting a free breakfast for families on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in Plano, Texas. During this breakfast we will share with you our plans, parents’ testimonies, and how you can be a part of Ageno’s mission to provide a place of hope and enrichment for children with disabilities.

I’m looking forward to seeing you 9am-11am on Saturday, November 16 at the Sam Johnson Recreation Center at 401 W 16th St. in Plano, TX 75075.
